Why combine fitness with language learning?

Movement enhances focus, memory and overall cognitive performance, making it a powerful support for language acquisition.

At the same time, training together strengthens trust, communication and positive group dynamics. Teams not only become fitter, but also more connected and confident!

My fitness bootcamps can be booked as a standalone team activity or combined with a language course as part of the a Lot of Learning concept.

How it works

Share your goals, group size and preferred format (standalone session or combined with language training).

Proposal

You receive a clear proposal outlining the program structure, session format (30 / 45 / 60 mins), and investment.

Plan your sessions

Bootcamps can take place at your office, indoors or out, depending on your facilities. They can be scheduled directly before or after a language class, or as a separate team-building activity.

Optional Dutch immersion!

The fitness sessions can be conducted (partly or fully) in Dutch to reinforce learning in a natural, active setting.
